Using the teachings of the Mandala Wheel, and exploring the gates associated with Capricorn Season, we enter into a time between December 22 - January 19 where we are stimulated to work on our foundation.
We see this pattern emerging as the season starts off within Gate 10: The Behavior of Self / Love of the Self. It’s energy drawing us inwards to become more aware of our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, actions, and accepting personal responsibility for change within our own lives. This becomes an inward quest to examine “Who am I?”
From there we are drawn into 3 root center activations putting pressure on us to be healthy and to increase our body consciousness. Paying attention to how the body communicates the wisdom of what is healthy for you and what is not. The more you develop the intuitive wisdom of the body, the more you learn the truth of who you are, strengthening the foundation and releasing fears preventing your rise as your true self.
The Inner Alchemy potential offered to us during Capricorn Seasons and its associated gates take us through the following energies, and offer opportunities to experience these within ourself and to notice how they show up within our life.
